Will Google Quit Its Page Rank System?

Now we’ve known that Google Page Rank is not so important as before, it’s going down way. Google want to change something, they plan to make their page rank system be objective and reasonable, but it seems that their plan fails.

So now we have seen that Google is killing PR, I want to ask is that will Google quit PR system in the end because of their unwise decision?
