When web surfers need to find information quickly and do not know the exact address of the website, they would head to their favorite search engine (usually Google) and type what they are looking for. Depending on their search phrase, hundreds to millions of results can show up with the first 10 found on the same page. These 10 results are the sites that are most relevant to the keyword phrase.
If your website is new, your goal will be to get it to show up on Google. Now, your site will eventually show on google as long as you’ve not blocked search engines from crawling your site. When you’ve got a good deal of traffice, you can expect to be found in the search engines, so be patient.
To really get traffic, you’ve got to have your website optimized. Optimization is making your website easy for the search engines to learn the content and find out what your site is about. Keywords are the major component and must be presented on your site. It can be easy at first with some key phrases.
To succeed, you’ve got to think like other people. What will they put in the search box? Millions of people who do searches have their own way of picking the keywords and phrases. Some keywords and phrases are popular and very competitive. For these, it’ll take alot of time and work.
List as many keyword phrases as you think of and sprinkle them across other pages so that other areas of your website get indexed in a different way. Be careful not to overdo this step and put too many keywords or else your content may not make sense and push visitors away.
A good trick is to test out these keywords and compare the top 10 results with other keyword phrases. You can even go as far as visiting the links and observe their content and see where their strong keywords are. Finding the best keywords for your site takes a lot of research and patience.
If you have a hard time putting yourself in your visitor’s shoes, ask some friends to check out your website or ask them what keywords they would use in finding a product, service, or piece of information that is offered in your website. You can even make use of certain applications that can evaluate your website in keyword usage.
Once you are confident with your chosen keywords, all you need to do is wait and see if things are going well. Periodically check your site ranking by typing your chosen keywords on Google and look for your site. Remember to be patient as it can take a few weeks. You can always make things faster if you have some money to spare by getting into Google’s AdWords service and purchase the “Right” keywords that you discovered.
Have You Checked On Your Keyword List Lately?

If you’ve been in Niche Marketing any time at all, you know how important keywords are. These words are what people type into search engines to find information. If you’ve done your work right, they’ll find your site and come running, eager to buy what you have, this is the way to make money in Internet Marketing. Without keywords, there would be no rankings and it would be hard for visitors to find our pages, and our ads!
But many niche marketers fail to do regular check ups on their keyword list. A popular myth is that once a keyword is popular, it will remain popular forever. It’s because of the ever changing nature of the Internet that some keywords die off while others are born and grow in popularity.
With fewer and fewer of us having extra times on our hands these days, the time we do spend on our websites is important. That’s why you shouldn’t waste time optimizing your site for keywords that don’t pay. It takes the same amount of time to build links and optimize a website for good paying keywords as it does for non paying keywords, so don’t waste time on the ones that don’t pay. This is why it’s critical that you know which keywords are bringing money in and which ones aren’t.
But just as many keywords go of style, there are many that become popular. Some become popular overnight while others may sneak their way into the searches. This is just another example of why you need to stay on top of your keyword list. If you don’t, you’ll be leaving money on the table…for people like me to take away from you! Think of keywords as a bunch of Apples in the fridge. When some start going bad, you toss them and replace them with fresh ones whenever you go to the store. Your keyword list should be done the same way. Routinely check your list for non producing keywords, get rid of them and replace them with ones that do make you money.
Now that you know keywords can go bad, just like your veggies, it’s time you take a long look at your list and get rid of the slackers. If you want to be lazy and just go with what you have, then be fully prepared to see lower income. I can tell you from past experience that it’s no fun spending time and money optimizing your site with an old keyword list and wonder why you’re not making any money online. Checking up on your current keyword list doesn’t take all that long and you may be surprised just a bit by the added income that you’ll see with a fresh keyword list.
Now take a few minutes and look over your current list. See which ones are still making you money and which ones are dead weight. There’s no reason to keep working on optimizing your website for old, non producing keywords. While you’re at it, find those fresh keywords everyone else is searching with. This is how you’ll make more money online and find new niches to build websites around.

Hello, I am sure that if you participate in any sort of internet marketing or affiliate marketing you have heard about micro niche finder.
You may have heard about micro niche finder because there has been a ton of talk about it in the time it has been around.
The great thing about micro niche finder is the price. This tool is the best yet it is a lot cheaper than most of the competitors.
The basic use of the micro niche finder is to enter in your broad term keyphrases and to drill down and to find keywords for your niche that you can rank for to get traffic.
A special little function that is also available is that you can do a random niche search to get niche ideas.
For me the best feature of micro niche finder is that you are able to find out what keywords are easy to rank for.
The way we can use it to find all of the easy to rank keywords is to search for our broad term and then the software will give us a traffic light ranking for each keyword.
It is really simple to use and you know that green means easy to rank for, orange means it will take a bit of time and the red light means it will be very difficult and will take some time.
Another feature that I like about micro niche finder is that it allows you to dig down deeper into your keywords so that you can checkout your competition and find content quickly for your niche.
If you are an internet marketer or affiliate marketer then you will be able to get a lot out of micro niche finder, it is a must have tool that automates your whole keyword research process.
