Don’t Eat It If You Don’t Want It.

  • The restaurant serves oversized
    portions. You take more food than you can
    eat. You don’t want to disappoint your host.
    You don’t like leaving leftovers. You feel
    guilty throwing food away. Whatever the
    reason, you often end up eating more food
    than you want…or need. This stresses your
    system, adds unwanted calories and leaves
    you bloated and full. Don’t always feel you
    have to finish it. In fact, leave the table a
    little hungry. Overeating leads to many
    problems.

    Now I know why so many people have to lose weight. The desire and feeling of guilty make them eat more and more food, the result is they encounter unexpected fat problem. How stupid! Why can’t we just control ourselves?
